Who we areTiny Labs services are provided by Tiny Labs LLC.
Fixed scopeEach service covers the scope on its page. Before we start, we confirm it with you in writing by email. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only done if you agree.
PaymentServices are paid up front through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
RefundsIf we can't agree on a scope we can deliver, we refund you in full. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion.
Your accountsWe work on accounts you own. You give us the access we need and can remove it at any time. You are responsible for the fees of any third-party tools.
Your contentYou confirm you have the right to the content, data and accounts you share with us. We use them only to deliver the service.
Industries we don't serveWe don't take clients in the energy or utility industry.
No warrantyWe test what we build, and we fix bugs in our work for 14 days after launch. Beyond that the work is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
ChangesWe may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay applies to your order.
